Automatic hydraulic loading unwinder

1.The max diameter of the unwinder is 600mm, the unwinder axle adopt plug-shaft.
2.Unwinder with EPC device. With photocell, Manual magnetic power tension control 2.5KG.
3.Feeding traction is controlled by AC motor, automatic adjust the speed.

Triangle folding device

Equipped with Triangle folding device 1600mm (edge folding device,which can fold the big single sheet film into 2 layer smaller folded film).

Chicken Bag Device

1.Heat sealing Chicken bag puncher device by air cylinder.

Side Sealing knife

1.Side sealing knife with water cycle cooling system, principal axis transmission belt cylinder lifting and down.
2.Side sealing knife adopt best of breed material, high temperature heating ametabolic.

Automatic Collect Table

1. Collect table adopt automatic collecting bag feeding (intermission model and continuum model).
2.When the bag reach to a certainty quantity, collect table will move automatically, and continuo producing.
3. Collect table is driven by Micro-motor reducing servo.
